11 Feb Start Monday with a simple mindfulness exercise
Mindfulness, it doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, one of the DBT “What” skills for mindfulness is simply to observe. Observe what you see, feel, taste, touch and hear. Do this with out labeling, or judgment. Notice how your mind wants to label it and come back to just observing. Try this at least one a day this week. How will you remember?
