25 Oct Group for Family Members of Individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder
Family Connections is a free group for family members and friends of individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. The group follows a specific curriculum, including mindfulness and other skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The group is offered in person and via phone conferencing. The group helps members cope themselves, as well as learning to be effective interacting with their loved one. Please click on the link to learn more and/or to sign up. We will be offering a group at the Center for Evidence Based Treatment in the spring, so please check with us in the beginning of the year for the status, as well as for any questions regarding Family Connections.
